Job Description

  • Support the rollout and enhancement of the Group Target Operating Model (TOM) and related finance platforms.
  • Incorporate digital tools and AI solutions into financial processes to boost efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing consolidated financial reports, analyze country performance, and coordinate submissions with local teams. 
  • Develop automated workflows, prepare user guides, and ensure financial operations are clear and straightforward.
  • Provide insights through data validation, integration, reconciliation, and management reporting.
  • Collaborate with finance teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities, contribute to solution design, and support consolidated reporting.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, finance, accounting, or a related discipline preferred; professional accounting qualifications are an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Min 3 years of experience in insurance, banking, or related industries, ideally in group/regional finance systems and process implementation (business analyst, PMO); exposure to IFRS 17 and/or IFRS 9 preferred.
  • Exposure to automation analytics, and digital tools like Power BI, Power Apps, RPA, Power Automate, Python, Excel, and Copilot; strong IT, data, and AI skills (SQL/API, generative AI applications) are considered a plus.
  • Good command of English, proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
