Job Description
We are seeking a Solution Engineer to design and develop material handling and automation solutions for customers across the logistics, warehouse, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize conveyor, material handling, and automation solutions based on customer requirements.
- Prepare technical layouts, system configurations, BOMs, and cost estimations using AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks.
- Support the sales team during technical discussions, solution presentations, and proposal development.
- Perform engineering calculations related to system throughput, capacity, and performance.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, manufacturing, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or a related Engineering discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in Application Engineering, Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales Engineering, or Automation Design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience with conveyor systems, material handling equipment, warehouse automation, or intralogistics solutions.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
