Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada, ensuring smooth order processing, inventory accuracy, and platform performance.
  • Monitor sales, campaigns, promotions, and product listings to optimize store performance and customer experience.
  • Coordinate with customer service, logistics, marketing, and warehouse teams to resolve operational issues and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Analyze sales and operational data, identify trends and gaps, and recommend process improvements to drive efficiency and growth.
  • Track platform KPIs, including order fulfillment, cancellation rates, stock availability, and store ratings, ensuring targets are consistently achieved.

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably managing TikTok Shop, Shopee, and/or Lazada stores.
  • Experience within the beauty, fashion, or FMCG industry is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace operations, campaign management, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
  • Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and using e-commerce platform tools to drive operational improvements.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
