Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sustain day-to-day manufacturing operations within a cleanroom environment, ensuring continuity and adherence to production standards.

• Collaborate with engineers and maintenance personnel to perform real-time failure analysis on equipment faults, alarms, and SPC violations.

• Formulate and execute corrective and preventive actions to resolve line issues promptly and prevent recurrence.

• Follow up on PM and CM qualifications to verify equipment operates within specification and is returned to manufacturing in the shortest possible timeframe.

• Respond to equipment alarms in real time, investigating root causes and implementing measures to prevent reoccurrence.

• Manage lots on hold and dispositions in real time, with follow-through actions to eliminate repeat occurrences.

• Contribute to new tool setup, process robustness initiatives, and cost reduction activities.


Job Requirements

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Strong analytical capability with a genuine aptitude for learning new technical concepts quickly.

• Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with multiple concurrent priorities.

• Self-motivated and independent, with an inquisitive approach to problem-solving.

• Disciplined in documentation practices, with the ability to build structured workspaces that support continuity and ongoing improvement.
