Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on and driven Finance Manager to oversee full sets accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounts receivable, and a major ERP/system implementation project.
This role reports directly to the CFO and will play a key leadership role in driving finance transformation and operational excellence across 10 entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full sets of accounts for multiple entities, ensuring timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing.
- Prepare management reports, financial statements, variance analyses, and other reports for CFO and senior management review.
- Oversee accounts receivable functions, including billing, collections, aging reviews, and credit control.
- Lead FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and performance analysis.
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and improve operational performance.
- Act as project lead for full system implementation, including planning, coordination, testing, user adoption, and go-live support.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and implementation partners to ensure successful ERP/system rollout.
- Review and improve finance processes, internal controls, and workflow efficiency across the group.
- Supervise and guide a team of 4 headcounts, providing leadership, coaching, and support where required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, statutory requirements, and audit requirements.
- Support ad hoc finance projects and other duties as assigned by the CFO.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred.
- At least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, with strong exposure to full sets accounting and FP&A
- Prior experience in system implementation or ERP project leadership is required
- Experience managing multiple entities or group accounts is highly preferred
- Strong hands-on accounting experience, with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally
- Solid knowledge of accounts receivable, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Proven leadership experience managing a small team
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work in the North region of Singapore.
