Job Description

The Strategy Consultant will be deployed across the firm's Korea practice to lead structured client workstreams spanning corporate strategy, performance improvement, and operational transformation. The role carries direct client accountability from an early stage, with exposure to senior MD and Partner-level leadership. Cross-practice deployment — including CPI, Digital & Analytics, and Restructuring mandates — is expected as the Korea platform continues to expand.


Job Requirements

Requirement:

  • Minimum 3 years of post-graduate experience at a recognised strategy consulting firm or equivalent
  • Demonstrated end-to-end workstream ownership with direct client accountability
  • Cross-sector project delivery experience across at least two industries
  • Strong structured communication skills in Korean and English
  • Ability to operate independently within a lean, high-accountability team structure

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above from a recognised university
  • Minimum 3 years of consulting or equivalent strategy delivery experience

Preferred:

  • MBA from a globally recognised programme (advantageous at 5+ years experience)
  • Exposure to operational excellence, cost transformation, or performance improvement workstreams
  • Experience on PE-backed mandate or post-deal value creation engagements
