Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Management Supervisor to support our Personal Care portfolio in the Philippines. You will gain end-to-end supply chain exposure across demand planning, trade stock management, warehouse operations, and international logistics — working closely with local 3PLs and the regional HQ team to ensure product availability while optimizing stock levels.
- Demand Planning & Inventory Management — Generate demand forecasts using sales data and market trends, monitor stock levels to prevent stock-outs/overstock, and collaborate with Sales & Marketing (S&OP) to align supply plans with launches and promotions.
- Offline Orders & Trade Stock Management — Release B2B orders, follow up on packing and delivery with the warehouse, and monitor trade stock levels to drive action on slow-moving items.
- Warehouse & Shipment Coordination — Manage end-to-end inbound shipments (PO management, tracking, delivery), oversee outbound logistics to retailers, distributors, and e-commerce fulfilment centres, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting — Act as the bridge between the local market and HQ Supply Chain team, communicating insights and supply risks, and prepare regular reports on key metrics (OTIF, inventory days, forecast accuracy).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years' experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
- Previous experience or strong interest in FMCG, Retail, or Personal Care/Beauty industries is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs) or Google Sheets; ERP experience a plus.
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability, and adaptability in a fast-paced, shifting environment.
