Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Systematically troubleshooting equipment issues to minimize downtime

• Establishing optimal spares and consumables stock levels to support equipment maintenance

• Developing an effective preventive maintenance programme and troubleshooting guide

• Setting up robust detection and monitoring systems to prevent equipment excursions

• Coordinating and driving new equipment hookup, startup, and release

• Leading Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) to achieve best in class quality and cost outcomes

• Training and certifying Assistant Maintenance Engineers (AME) and Preventive Maintenance Technicians (PMT) in systematic troubleshooting and PM maintenance skills

• Working closely with process and production engineers to ensure key performance indicators are met


Job Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering

• At least 2 years of relevant experience working with KLA SPTS OMEGA or AMEC TSV200 Dry Etch equipment

• Experience with SPC, FDC, APC, DOE, and yield analysis software is an advantage

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Good team player

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• High sense of responsibility, dedication to assigned tasks, and ability to work diligently in a team oriented environment
