Job Description

  • Lead and manage regional or group-level finance initiatives and projects across multiple countries, ensuring successful implementation and coordination with finance leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Drive finance transformation initiatives, including data quality improvements, process enhancements, turnaround projects, integration projects, and the deployment of finance standards and reporting initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional and cross-country projects, supporting implementation efforts and ensuring project objectives are achieved within the region.
  • Identify and promote finance best practices relevant to the Asian market while monitoring industry trends to support performance improvement and risk mitigation.
  • Develop and strengthen the regional finance community by supporting onboarding, training, knowledge sharing, and professional development initiatives.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of learning content, career development frameworks, and finance capability-building programs.
  • Organize and support finance community activities and initiatives to encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing across regional finance teams.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field with a strong analytical background. Professional certifications such as CFA are an added advantage.
  • 7–10 years of working experience, including at least 5 years in finance functions, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • International working experience is preferred.
