Job Description

  • Drive business development activities by engaging semiconductor manufacturers, particularly within Automated Inspection and Test departments, to promote automated inspection and testing solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including prospecting, customer presentations, technical discussions, commercial negotiations, and post-sales support.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, maintain accurate customer records, and provide weekly updates on sales activities, project pipelines, and account progress.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and support long-term business growth.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry with exposure to Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) or test solutions.
  • Experience in sales and account management within a technical or semiconductor-related environment.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English, with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
