Job Description

Scope of responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Business Execution: coordinate strategic initiatives and cross-functional business projects

  • Support annual business planning, operational reviews, and performance tracking

  • Follow up on executive action items and ensure timely completion across departments

  • Identify operational challenges and recommend practical business solutions

  • Business Operations & Performance Management: support executive leadership in managing day-to-day business operations across regional data center projects

  • Monitor business performance, operational KPIs, and strategic initiatives

  • Drive operational excellence and continuous process improvement across business functions

  • Ensure business priorities are executed effectively and aligned with organizational objectives

  • Develop executive dashboards and management reports

  • Prepare business performance updates, KPI reports, and operational reviews for senior leadership

  • Analyze operational trends and provide business insights to support decision-making

  • Work closely with PMO, Technology, Finance, Procurement, HR, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams

  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure project alignment and operational efficiency

  • Facilitate communication between business functions and executive leadership

  • Support organizational readiness for new projects and business expansion


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Project Management, or a related fields

  • Over 10 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, PMO, Project Management, Consulting, or Operations Management in Data Center, Digital Infrastructure, Cloud Infrastructure, Large-Scale Infrastructure Development

  • Strong business acumen with experience supporting executive leadership with an experience managing cross-functional initiatives and regional operations

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills and reporting skills

  • Good command of English communication skills both written and spoken

  • Willingness to travel across regional project locations when required
