Job Description

  • Provide full administrative and secretarial support to senior executives.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Translate and interpret documents, emails, and conversations between Korean and English as required.
  • Coordinate communication between headquarters, regional offices, and external stakeholders.
  • Track action items and ensure timely follow-up on key business initiatives.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Support event planning, executive visits, regional meetings, and company activities.
  • Assist with expense claims, purchase requests, and general office administration.
  • Perform other ad hoc administrative projects assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Languages, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written); TOPIK certification is an advantage.
  • 3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Secretary supporting senior management.
  • Experience working with Korean executives or multinational organizations is highly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across different cultures.
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms.
