Job Description
- Provide full administrative and secretarial support to senior executives.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Translate and interpret documents, emails, and conversations between Korean and English as required.
- Coordinate communication between headquarters, regional offices, and external stakeholders.
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-up on key business initiatives.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
- Support event planning, executive visits, regional meetings, and company activities.
- Assist with expense claims, purchase requests, and general office administration.
- Perform other ad hoc administrative projects assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Languages, or a related field.
- Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written); TOPIK certification is an advantage.
- 3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Secretary supporting senior management.
- Experience working with Korean executives or multinational organizations is highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across different cultures.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms.
