Job Description
* Lead the implementation of Quality Management Systems, including GMP, HACCP, CPPOB, ISO 22000/FSSC, and Halal standards
* Oversee quality control across raw materials, production processes, and finished products
* Manage quality audits, regulatory compliance, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
* Lead, coach, and develop the QA/QC team while promoting food safety and quality standards
* Analyze quality performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Job Requirements
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
* Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in the food or beverage manufacturing industry, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
* Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, CPPOB, ISO 22000/FSSC, Halal standards, and QA/QC documentation
* Excellent analytical, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Willing to be based in Banyuasin, South Sumatra (Palembang area)
