Job Description

The Procurement Manager will oversee overall procurement governance, sourcing strategy, vendor management, and procurement operations across all regional data center projects. This role will ensure procurement activities are aligned with project timelines, budget control, compliance requirements, and operational standards. 

The role will work closely with PMO, Finance Operations, Admin & Compliance, Asset Audit, SOX, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant procurement execution across all locations

Procurement Management & Governance:

  • Lead overall procurement operations across all assigned projects and locations 
  • Establish procurement processes, governance, and vendor management standards 
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and internal controls 
  • Support procurement planning and purchasing strategies for project operations 
  • Oversee PO lifecycle management from sourcing and requisition through delivery, receipt, and closure 

Vendor, Logistics & Contract Management:

  • Oversee vendor sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and performance management 
  • Coordinate procurement contracts, commercial terms, and purchasing agreements 
  • Monitor vendor delivery timelines, procurement risks, and escalation issues 
  • Support cost optimization and procurement efficiency initiatives 
  • Oversee freight coordination, shipment scheduling, and logistics planning for project-related materials and equipment 
  • Ensure proper application of Incoterms and alignment with commercial and shipping requirements 

Cross-Functional Coordination 

  • Work closely with PMO, Finance Operations, Admin & Compliance, Asset Audit, and SOX teams 
  • Ensure procurement documentation and processes support audit and compliance requirements 
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders regarding procurement planning and operational needs 
  • Support procurement reporting and management updates 

 


Job Requirements

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field 
  • Strong experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, contract coordination, and PO lifecycle management 
  • Knowledge of freight forwarding, logistics coordination, shipment planning, and Incoterms 
  • Experience supporting infrastructure, construction, engineering, data center, or large-scale CAPEX projects is preferred- Good understanding of procurement governance, compliance, and internal control processes 
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills 
  • Experience managing regional or multi-project procurement operations is an advantage 
  • Experience in data center, infrastructure, construction, engineering, or large-scale CAPEX projects
