Job Description
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
* Lead corporate legal affairs, regulatory compliance, and risk management
* Build and maintain relationships with government agencies and regulatory authorities
* Oversee corporate permits, licensing, and statutory compliance
* Manage litigation, legal disputes, and external legal counsel
* Support legal due diligence and negotiations for M&A, restructuring, and business transformation
Job Requirements
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
* Bachelor's Degree in Law (Master's preferred); Indonesian Advocate/Attorney license is an advantage
* 10–15 years of legal leadership experience, ideally in multinational manufacturing or labor-intensive industries
* Proven experience in FDI, greenfield projects, M&A, and post-merger integration
* Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate, commercial, labor, and employment law
