Job Description

  • Lead the overall accounting operations, including General Ledger (GL), month-end closing, and accurate financial reporting across the entity. 
  • Oversee high-volume transaction reconciliations, COGS tracking, and budgeting/financial mapping to ensure complete operational integrity. 
  • Drive strong financial controls, policies, and seamless coordination during external and internal audit processes. 
  • Supervise, mentor, and build a high-performing, hands-on accounting team in a fast-paced retail environment. 
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional operational teams and regional management to support strategic business expansion. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance from reputable universities or well-regarded overseas institutions are highly preferred.
  • Strong foundational background in a Big 4 or reputable Public Accounting Firm (KAP) is highly preferred. 
  •  Proven track record in a multi-branch or multi-entity environment, ideally within the retail or FMCG industry. 
  • Highly hands-on approach with the capability to manage high-volume transactions under fast-moving, dynamic business conditions. 
  • Fluency in English for daily collaboration across regional stakeholders, paired with an enthusiastic, proactive communication mindset
