Job Description

  • Maintain stable industrial relations and facilitate proactive communication with labor unions across large-scale manufacturing operations. 
  • Manage disciplinary cases, resolve employee disputes, and conduct mediation processes effectively. 
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, company policies, and employment regulations.
  • Strengthen and maintain working relationships with local manpower offices (Disnaker) and relevant government authorities. 
  • Lead and manage the operational IR team while ensuring day-to-day practices align with compliance and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) standards in a manufacturing environment. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law / Labor Law (or related fields) paired with 5–8 years of Industrial Relations experience in a manufacturing environment
  •  Strong in-depth understanding of Indonesian labor laws, statutory regulations, and labor union engagement. 
  • Proven track record in managing internal disciplinary actions, workplace conflict resolution, and formal mediation processes. 
  • Demonstrated leadership capability to effectively guide, develop, and manage an operational IR team. 
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with direct exposure to government/manpower offices and a solid understanding of manufacturing OHS and compliance standards.
