Job Description
- Oversee holding-level financial operations to protect company assets, ensure liquidity, and enforce strict financial hygiene across all business units.
- Drive active financial oversight and audit procedures across business operations, including validating vehicle order processes, tracking inventory delivery reconciliation, and monitoring working capital.
- Support the operational separation of the Finance function from Accounting & Tax to build a focused, highly accountable financial control unit.
- Direct and mentor the Finance team (led directly by the Assistant GM of Finance) to ensure strong operational compliance and process execution down through supervisor and staff levels.
- Serve as a direct strategic advisor to the Owner, delivering accurate financial reporting, operational insight, and risk analysis to support holding-level business decisions.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 12 to 15 years of progressive financial management experience, including at least 5+ years in senior management roles (Senior Manager, General Manager, or C-suite).
- Demonstrated financial leadership across multiple industries (e.g., Automotive, Manufacturing, Heavy Equipment, Healthcare/Hospital, or Retail); candidates must show adaptability across varied business models rather than single-industry tenure. Big 4 auditing experience combined with end-user commercial experience is highly regarded.
- Proven ability to operate at both strategic C-Suite/GM levels and ground-level execution, with a willingness to actively dive into operational details and problem-solving.
- Strong managerial background at the General Manager or Senior Manager level with a track record of leading finance teams and implementing internal controls.
