Job Description

  • Direct daily plant operations to ensure effective, efficient, and timely production output that meets client delivery schedules.
  • Oversee strict adherence to quality control standards, GMP guidelines, K3 safety protocols, and company SOPs to meet client specifications.
  • Control material usage, minimize waste, and maintain cost efficiency to maximize overall manufacturing productivity.
  • Collaborate closely with PPIC, Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, and Sales teams to align capacity planning and resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Conduct root-cause analyses on production issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine efficiency and throughput.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or Operations Management, with at least 5 years of manufacturing experience—preferably in packaging, plastics, cosmetics, printing, or FMCG.
  • Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role, with a strong track record of leading mass production teams under tight targets.
  • Hands-on knowledge of packaging processes (e.g., injection/blow molding, printing, labeling, or assembly) along with familiarities in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and preventive maintenance.
  • Proven capability in production planning, capacity management, material control, root-cause analysis, and ERP/SAP manufacturing systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills with a target-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive under pressure.
