Description

  • The Strategy Consultant will operate as an internal strategy and transformation partner, driving high-impact projects across the group and its affiliates. The role sits within the in-house strategy centre, reporting directly to the Head of Centre and collaborating cross-functionally with business units, finance, and strategy divisions.
  • The successful candidate will take end-to-end ownership of strategic and M&A projects — from opportunity identification through due diligence, valuation modelling, synergy assessment, and post-merger integration planning. Work spans group-level portfolio strategy, energy transition growth opportunities, and new business development, with deliverables reaching board and executive decision-making forums.
  • This is a role for individuals who want to own outcomes rather than recommendations. Candidates are expected to operate with a sense of ownership from day one and to balance analytical rigour with practical execution across multiple stakeholder groups.
