  • As Senior Consultant, the successful candidate will serve as a key driver of client impact — managing module workstreams or smaller end-to-end projects, coaching junior colleagues, and interfacing directly with client management to align strategies and solutions. The role requires the ability to translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations and to operate with autonomy across multiple concurrent priorities. Mandate exposure spans commercial due diligence, post-merger integration, operational improvement, and growth strategy across Consumer, Industrial, and Financial Services sectors.

  • Interface directly with client management to align on strategies, findings, and recommendations
  • Manage workstreams, team coordination, and deliverables across multiple concurrent priorities
  • Drive creative and practical strategies for clients; contribute to client development activities
  • Coach and develop junior consultants within project teams

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity/venture capital, or equivalent
  • Proven experience leading teams or modules with direct client-facing responsibility
  • Experience in CDD, PMI, or operational improvement engagements
  • Ability to translate complex analysis into actionable strategic recommendations
  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English — both written and verbal
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills appropriate for client management-level interaction
