Job Description

A newly created, strategic leadership role covering both plant operations and site facilities for a growing manufacturing site in Johor. You'll take full ownership of the site, from production performance to the people and functions that keep it running, with real scope to build structure and set direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full production oversight for the Johor manufacturing plant, working closely with overseas engineering and leadership counterparts

  • Lead and develop the facilities team

  • Design and implement clear policies, structure, and ways of working across the site

  • Manage third-party vendor and workforce partnerships

  • Build and lead your own team, with scope to shape it over time

  • Bridge communication between overseas leadership and the local workforce


Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in a plant/factory leadership role, ideally with additional exposure to HR, admin, or site facilities management

  • Comfortable managing a multi-national workforce

  • A structured, hands-on operator who can build process from scratch, not just maintain an existing system

  • Manufacturing background in electronics, precision engineering, or a related technical industry preferred
