Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and standardize HR policies, grading, performance management, compensation & benefits, promotions, and company regulations across multiple manufacturing plants. 
  • Lead leadership and functional development programs, establish KPI frameworks, and build talent pipelines for high-potential employees. 
  • Coordinate HR operations across four plants, align HR Managers, and address site-specific workforce and labor challenges. 
  • Monitor key HR metrics such as turnover, recruitment fulfillment, and labor costs while enhancing HRIS and centralized workforce data management. 
  • Establish labor relations guidelines, ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, and strengthen collaboration between expatriate management and local employees. 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • ⁠10+ years of progressive HR experience in large-scale manufacturing, preferably footwear, apparel, or heavy industry, including 3–5 years in a managerial role. 
  • ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Strong experience in multi-site/multi-plant HR management and implementing end-to-end HR systems, including Performance Management, C&B, and L&D. 
  • ⁠Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and industrial relations, including the UU Cipta Kerja and related regulations. 
  • Fluent Bahasa Indonesia with business-level English or Korean, combined with strong leadership and cross-cultural communication skills.
