Business Development (primary focus):

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new leads within the healthcare, F&B, and medical/protective equipment sectors

  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective distributors, wholesalers, and end-user accounts

  • Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, trade platforms, and industry events

  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, quotations, and proposals tailored to client needs

  • Work closely with the regional sales and factory teams to align on pricing, MOQs, and lead times

  • Track sales activity and pipeline progress using CRM tools, and report regularly on targets and conversion

  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events across the region

Office & Administrative Support (minor, ~10–20% of time):

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks for the newly set-up Singapore office (correspondence, filing, office supplies, vendor coordination)

  • Support basic office setup and operational needs as the Singapore entity scales

  • Help coordinate logistics for client meetings, sample shipments, and visitor arrangements

  • Liaise with regional HQ on documentation, invoicing support, and general office administration

Job Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related client-facing role

  • Genuine interest in B2B sales — prior exposure to healthcare, F&B, medical devices, or PPE/consumables industries is a strong plus, but not required

  • Confident communicator, comfortable with cold outreach and building relationships from scratch

  • Organized and detail-oriented — comfortable juggling sales targets alongside light admin responsibilities

  • Self-starter mindset — genuinely energized by being part of a small, newly-established office where you can shape how things get done

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; CRM experience is a plus

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits and trade events

  • Fluent English required; additional regional languages (Mandarin, Bahasa) an advantage for engaging SEA markets
