Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with the company’s Articles of Association and corporate governance requirements, including the preparation and execution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) and other required corporate approvals.
- Provide legal advice and opinions to management and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including notaries, legal consultants, regulatory bodies, and government authorities.
- Prepare, review, and manage corporate legal documents, agreements, licenses, permits, and other legal documentation.
- Manage litigation and legal disputes while identifying and mitigating potential legal risks.
- Establish KPIs and lead the Legal team through performance management, coaching, and capability development.
Job Requirements
Key Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Corporate Legal and Litigation, preferably within the multifinance, financing, or banking industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership position, with proven experience managing legal teams and multiple legal functions.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in multifinance regulations, capital markets, corporate secretary functions, corporate legal matters, and litigation.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, legal risk management, and stakeholder management, including engagement with regulators and external legal parties.
