Job Description
- Develop and implement the company’s human resource development strategy.
- Identify training and development needs through performance reviews, skills assessments, and business requirements.
- Design and coordinate onboarding, orientation, technical, leadership, compliance, and soft-skills training programs.
- Create annual learning and development plans and manage the related budget.
- Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, reviews, development plans, and performance improvement programs.
- Develop career pathways, succession planning, talent management, and employee development initiatives.
- Coordinate internal and external training providers, consultants, and educational institutions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, performance results, and business outcomes.
- Support employee engagement, culture-building, and organizational development programs.
- Maintain accurate employee training, competency, and development records.
- Advise managers on employee development, coaching, performance issues, and team effectiveness.
- Ensure HRD policies and practices comply with applicable labor laws and company procedures.
- Prepare HRD reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Stay informed about current HR, learning, leadership, and organizational development practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in HR, learning and development, talent management, or organizational development.
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience designing and delivering employee development programs.
- Strong knowledge of performance management and competency-based development.
- Good understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
