Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Applications Engineer to collaborate closely with the sales team in serving customers and developing new business across the Philippines market. The ideal candidate is passionate about application design, technical problem-solving, and driving successful sales outcomes — someone who can turn customer needs into robust intralogistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide proposals, technical communication, and product applications during pre-sales and the project phase
  • Support conceptual engineering, layout, and project design execution
  • Provide detailed product layout design, mechanical design, technical drawings, and Bill of Materials (BoM)
  • Design standard and non-standard mechanical engineering machines for the logistics field
  • Offer technical expertise to production and project operation teams during assembly or on-site installation
  • Liaise with factory teams on product schedules and delivery timelines
  • Troubleshoot and perform urgent maintenance services on systems at customer sites

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or equivalent combination of education and work experience)
  • Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor)
  • Accurate, independent, and systematic working style
  • Customer-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong teamwork, learning agility, and flexibility
  • Experience providing personalized, cost-effective intralogistics or material-handling solutions is a plus
