Job Description

  • Develop and execute site supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives

  • Lead production planning, materials management, inventory control, and customer service performance

  • Drive OEE improvement and overall manufacturing performance

  • Implement and sustain Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement initiatives

  • Champion a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance

  • Manage operating budgets for production and supply chain functions

  • Lead, mentor, and develop managers across production, planning, logistics, and warehouse teams

  • Use KPIs and data analytics to drive performance improvement and report to senior management


Job Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and operations

  • Proven track record of operational improvement, productivity gains, and cost reduction

  • Strong knowledge of ERP and production planning systems

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field

  • Fluent English required; Thai language ability advantageous

  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
