Job Description

We're looking for a Regional Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across the hospitality segment. This is a hunter-focused role (approximately 70% new business development) responsible for identifying hotel projects, opening new client relationships, and building a strong regional pipeline from initial contact through to handover for closing.

Key responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and develop new hotel/hospitality business opportunities across Thailand and additional Southeast Asian markets

  • Build and manage relationships with hotel GMs, owners, developers, and key stakeholders

  • Map upcoming hotel projects, developments, and refurbishment opportunities ahead of formal purchasing cycles

  • Maintain a high level of market-facing activity (client meetings, site visits, stakeholder engagement)

  • Progress qualified opportunities through the sales funnel and hand over to local teams for fulfillment

  • Provide regular pipeline and market updates to regional management

Job Requirements

  • Regional experience required: Must have working experience in Thailand plus at least one additional Southeast Asian market (e.g., Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore)

  • Existing hospitality customer base required: Must have credible, existing relationships within the hospitality sector — hotel GMs, owners, developers, operators, or hotel IT/procurement contacts — ideally from a supplier/vendor background

  • Proven hunter mindset — experience proactively generating new business, not purely managing existing accounts

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote/WFH environment with high external customer activity

  • Experience selling technology, building systems, security/access-control solutions, or other B2B products into hotels is an advantage but not mandatory

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Engineering, Technology, or related)
