Job Description

  • Lead and oversee full-spectrum plant accounting, cost control, treasury, and internal financial controls.

  • Manage product costing architecture, including standard vs. actual costing, BOM variance optimization, and scrap tracking across manufacturing lines.

  • Direct timely month-end/year-end closing, audit trail alignment, and accurate inventory valuation (raw materials, WIP, finished goods) within SAP.

  • Ensure strict statutory compliance across monthly corporate taxes , Transfer Pricing documentation, and preparation for annual external audits.

  • Manage treasury operations, working capital, vendor credit lines, and CAPEX tracking for plant machinery and molds.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Fiscal Administration; professional certification (CPA, CA, CMA, or Brevet) is a strong advantage.

  • Minimum 8–12 years of finance and accounting experience, including at least 4–5 years in a managerial role within a manufacturing or industrial plant environment.

  • Strong technical mastery of standard costing, Bill of Materials (BOM) variance, COGS breakdown, and inventory valuation.

  • Hands-on proficiency in ERP systems (SAP FI/CO preferred) alongside deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, bonded zone (Kawasan Berikat) customs reporting, and PSAK/IFRS.

  • Proven experience in a multinational PMA setting with fluent business-level English communication skills
