Department Lead (Quarry Limestone) - Open for Expat

Job Description

• Strategic Leadership: Direct and lead the quarry’s short- and long-term operational strategies to drive Saraburi Operations and corporate goals.
• Resource Optimization & Longevity: Safeguard and optimize the lifetime of limestone and shale resources, ensuring long-term raw material supply, quality consistency, and zero material shortages.
• Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement: Monitor overall production processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and implement advanced mine planning strategies.
• HSE & Compliance Governance: Maintain complete oversight and responsibility for health, safety, and environmental (OH&S) compliance and local regulatory standards.
• Team Leadership: Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and leadership to the quarry management team, fostering a high-performing culture.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent field.
• 10+ years of proven leadership in quarry/mining management.
• Strong expertise in raw material management, mine planning software, risk management, and cement/lime process integration.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on capability to translate business goals into operational initiatives.
• Ability to be based full-time, Thailand.
