About the role

An experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support a high-speed connector product line at Ayutthaya facility. This is a hands-on technical role that also serves as the on-site liaison between local manufacturing, the regional engineering hub in Malaysia, and US-based headquarters stakeholders.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Support mechanical design and process engineering for a high-speed connector product line

  • Act as technical liaison between the Thailand site, regional engineering (Malaysia — approx. monthly travel required)

  • Drive process improvements and troubleshoot manufacturing/production issues

  • Support cross-functional project timelines and quality objectives


Job Requirements

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field)

  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering, ideally in electronics, connector, or semiconductor manufacturing

  • Proficiency in SolidWorks

  • Solid grasp of process engineering fundamentals

  • Working understanding of project management principles

  • Fluent in Thai and English — must be confident communicating directly with US stakeholders

  • Willing to travel to Penang, Malaysia approximately once a month
