Job Description

  • Lead the annual budgeting process and provide monthly financial forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Manage cash flow, investments, and capital expenditure to support organizational growth.
  • Implement and maintain rigorous internal controls to mitigate financial risk and ensure audit readiness.
  • Develop and implement end-to-side logistics strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce lead times.
  • Oversee procurement processes, vendor selection, and contract negotiations to ensure value for money.
  • Manage warehouse operations, distribution networks, and international shipping/customs compliance.
  • Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure all logistics activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team across finance, procurement, and logistics functions.
  • Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and professional development.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial and logistical goals with overall business strategy.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration. A Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
  • Certification: Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional).
  • Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance and logistics/operations, with at least 4 years in a senior management role.
  • Software: Expert proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
