Job Description

  • Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and execute financial strategies that support the company's long-term goals, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Fundraising & Investor Relations: Lead future capital raising efforts (Series A/B/C), manage relationships with investors, and oversee equity/cap table management.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee all accounting functions, including financial reporting, tax compliance, audit, and cash flow management.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring robust internal controls and compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Provide the CEO and Board with actionable financial analysis and KPIs to drive business performance and operational efficiency.
  • Growth Support: Partner with the HR Manager and Department Heads to evaluate the financial feasibility of expansion plans and new product launches.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA/CFA professional qualification highly preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CFO or VP of Finance, specifically within a startup or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong track record in successful fundraising, M&A, or leading a company through significant scaling phases.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and strategic analysis.
  • Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving business landscape.
