Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies and go-to-market plans for new and existing products.

Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to identify key market trends, customer needs, and opportunities.

Work hand-in-hand with the product development team to provide market insights that shape product features, positioning, and pricing.

Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (including digital, social media, PR, and in-store promotions) to successfully launch products and drive sustained sales growth.

Craft compelling product messaging and create high-quality marketing collateral, including website content, brochures, sales presentations, and social media posts.

Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics (KPIs) and ROI, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.

Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, training, and materials to effectively communicate product value propositions to customers and distributors.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-5+ years of proven experience in product marketing, preferably within the cosmetics, skincare, supplement, or a related FMCG industry.

Demonstrated success in launching products and executing creative marketing campaigns.

Strong experience with digital marketing channels, including social media marketing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
