The Customer Support Officer (APAC) will play a crucial role in providing front-facing support to external partners, distributors, and agents in the Asia-Pacific region.
This role will involve a close glimpse of the sales process, focusing on forecasting demand and supply, as well as addressing regulatory and complaint-related issues.
The primary responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners, assisting in forecasting, and contributing to the overall sales process.

- Experience in forecasting and supply and demand
- Previous experience in a front-facing role
- Experience in sales, with a focus on reaching out to external partners, distributors, and agents
- Ability to work externally and represent the company professionally
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to handle and resolve complaints effectively
