The Customer Support Officer (APAC) will play a crucial role in providing front-facing support to external partners, distributors, and agents in the Asia-Pacific region.

This role will involve a close glimpse of the sales process, focusing on forecasting demand and supply, as well as addressing regulatory and complaint-related issues.

The primary responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners, assisting in forecasting, and contributing to the overall sales process.


Job Requirements

  1. Experience in forecasting and supply and demand
  2. Previous experience in a front-facing role
  3. Experience in sales, with a focus on reaching out to external partners, distributors, and agents
  4. Ability to work externally and represent the company professionally
  5. Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry
  6. Ability to handle and resolve complaints effectively
  7. Proactive person with a positive attitude
