Job Description: HRBP
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a crucial role in the organization by aligning HR strategies with business objectives and driving talent management initiatives. The HRBP oversees various HR functions including strategic planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, HR operations, and administrative management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead workforce planning and manpower forecasting.
- Design and maintain job descriptions (JD) and job specifications (JS).
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Implement performance management systems and KPIs.
- Develop and execute training roadmaps and career development plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and welfare programs.
- Maintain HRIS and employee records.
- Supervise general office operations including facilities, supplies, and vendor management.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HRBP or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 7 years of HR experience, with a proven track record in managing international or multi-country HR operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of full-spectrum HR practices, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, learning & development, and offboarding
- Experience managing employees in countries without a local legal entity (e.g., remote workers or via EoR)
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to work closely with senior management
- Strong command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing
- Strategic thinker with solid planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Proficient in HRIS and international payroll coordination systems
- Fluency in English and Thai languages.
