Job Description
This role provides high-level operational and strategic support to the Executive Committee (EXCO) and plays a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations, effective stakeholder engagement, and the execution of strategic priorities. This role is pivotal in enabling leadership effectiveness and strengthening relationships across key partners and ministries.
Job Requirements
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Communications, Public Policy) preferred
Relevant Experience
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in executive support, secretariat, or project
coordination roles - Proven experience supporting board-level or EXCO meetings, including preparation,
minute-taking, and follow-ups

- Analytical ability and problem-solving skills to analyse information quickly and accurately, formulate decisions and make recommendations
