Job Description
What you’ll be doing:

Look after 5 outlets across Malaysia and make sure things run smoothly day-to-day.

Lead, guide, and support Store Managers, Beauty Advisors, and Spa Therapists.

Keep an eye on sales performance and work with the team to hit targets.

Bring marketing campaigns and promotions to life in-store.

Ensure every customer gets the best possible experience.

Visit outlets occasionally in Penang & Johor to check on operations and support the teams.
Job Requirements
What we’d love to see:

3-5 years of experience in retail operations or sales management (beauty background is a plus, but not a must).

Experience leading or mentoring store teams.
-
Comfortable juggling sales targets, store performance, and customer service standards.

Someone hands-on, proactive, and not afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Good communication skills, able to work with different teams across the business.
-
Fluent in Mandarin and English.
-
A positive, people-first attitude with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
