Job Description
- Oversee all corporate functions including HR, IT, and Operations
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals
- Provide leadership and direction to the 5 Business Units in the eldercare sector
- Ensure efficient and effective operations across all centers in Singapore
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery
- Collaborate with the CEO and other senior executives to develop and execute strategic plans
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and make data-driven decisions
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies, partners, and donors
- Lead and mentor a team of managers and staff to foster a culture of excellence and accountability
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience as a COO or in a similar executive leadership role
- Strong business acumen and commercial mindset
- Experience in the eldercare sector or healthcare industry is highly desirable
- Hands-on strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in managing budgets and financial performance
- Passion for social services and making a positive impact in the community
