Job Description

  1. Deliver exceptional, 1:1 client experiences—both in-store and virtually
  2. Build long-term relationships through consistent clienteling, styling advice, and follow-ups
  3. Take initiative in growing your client book through referrals, outreach, and brand events
  4. Maintain deep product knowledge to confidently advise and upsell
  5. Support visual merchandising, store operations, and mentorship of junior team members when needed

Job Requirements

  1. 3–5+ years’ experience in luxury fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands
  2. Known for your impeccable service and ability to connect with discerning clients
  3. Confident in styling, trend knowledge, and communicating value
  4. Organized, proactive, and sales-driven with a calm, professional demeanor
  5. Able to work weekends and adapt in a fast-paced boutique environment
