We are representing our client, leading ICT player to look for local/regional sales manager to join their expansion
As a Sales Manager focused on client relations, you will be tasked with expanding Public Safety business among key clients in the ASEAN and Indian Subcontinent regions.
Collaborating with the APAC regional team, you will oversee direct sales management. In partnership with regional sales managers and presales consultants, you will pinpoint sales opportunities, create sales strategies, and craft comprehensive solution proposals.
Responsibilities
• Identify, articulate, and advocate for our client's value proposition to potential customers.
• Lead initiatives and strategies to meet assigned business goals.
• Seek out, evaluate, and establish partnerships with key vendors to support business growth.
• Create and execute business strategies for each core activity to enhance market awareness and share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels.
• Expand existing business and identify or create new opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Assist in annual budgeting and performance.
Job Requirements
• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in sales and business development.
• Regional experience in Southeast Asia is required.
• Experience working with clients in the government or Financial Services Industry (FSI) sector is preferred.
• Familiarity with government tenders and bids is essential for this role.
• Candidates with knowledge in Biometrics, Identity Management, and Public Safety and Security are encouraged to apply.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a sales context, including the ability to qualify and close deals.
