Job Description
- Oversee daily finance operations including. Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial statements with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and local statutory requirements.
- Develop and implement strong internal controls, risk management, and compliance processes.
- Partner with senior management to provide financial insights, business analysis, and strategic recommendations.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements to support business growth.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
- Drive finance digitalisation initiatives, automation, and reporting tools.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a finance team to ensure high performance and efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA) preferred.
- At least 8 – 10 years of progressive finance/accounting experience, including managerial or leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, local tax regulations, and compliance frameworks.
- Prior experience in audit firm, IT, fintech, technology, or high-growth industries is an advantage.
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
