Job Description

  1. Risk Evaluation: Conduct detailed risk assessments for projects to determine financial feasibility, identify potential risks, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  2. Capital Management: Oversee the allocation of capital, ensuring that the company’s financial resources are effectively managed to support the success of ongoing projects and initiatives.
  3. Bank Funding: Identify, source, and manage funding through multiple channels, including international and local banks.
  4. Local Financial Institutions: Collaborate with local financial institutions to evaluate currency options, market conditions, and tailor financing strategies that meet the needs of regional projects.
  5. Project Financing & Structuring: Lead efforts to secure funding for urgent and ongoing projects, ensuring that all funding transactions are seamless, efficient, and executed in a timely manner.
  6. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on financial operations and effective risk management practices across projects.

Job Requirements

  1. At least 7 years in a finance-related role, particularly with a focus on bank funding, capital management, and financial operations.
  2. Proven track record of working with international and local banks.
  3. Strong familiarity with the Southeast Asian financial markets is essential. Experience in European markets will be an added advantage.
  4. Expertise in risk management, fundraising, and financial negotiations to drive project success.
  5. Deep understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and capital markets dynamics.
  6. Ability to analyze complex financial data, develop financial forecasts, and assess financial performance with precision.
  7. Excellent communication skills to present financial information effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Ability to develop, implement, and adjust financial strategies that align with company goals and support business growth.
  9. Proficient in identifying and mitigating financial risks across projects and operations.
