Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and cultivate long-term client partnerships. You will play a critical role in identifying opportunities, building strategic relationships, and executing sales strategies in sectors such as healthcare and pharmaceutical.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive YOY revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
- Lead prospecting, networking, and lead generation efforts, especially within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and biosafety lab sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients and partners to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine market strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with internal teams including CEO, Finance, and Operations to align initiatives and optimize execution.
- Track and report on key performance indicators such as sales volume, market share, forecast accuracy, and pipeline progression.
- Provide regular, data-driven insights to management for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure professional and solution-oriented client presentations that clearly articulate objectives and close deals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering from a reputable university.
- Minimum 10 years of proven sales experience, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and profitability targets.
- Industry experience in FMCG, logistics, B2B services, pharmaceutical, or public sector (MOH) is highly preferred.
- Proficient in CRM systems, sales analytics, forecasting tools, and reporting methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a results-driven mindset.
