Job Description

  • Define and execute a strategic HRBP model: design, recruit, mentor, and enable a team of HRBPs to partner with business leaders effectively.

  • Lead organisation-wide workforce planning and succession initiatives to ensure readiness for growth, change, and critical role coverage.

  • Shape organisational structure – review, design, and realign roles, accountabilities, workflows for efficiency, agility and clarity.

  • Provide high-level consultation on complex people matters including change management, employee relations, performance management, compensation strategy, benefits reviews.

  • Use data and analytics to inform leadership on workforce health, talent risks, hiring/retention trends, and guide prioritisation of HR initiatives.

  • Champion a strong employee experience: promote engagement, inclusion, well-being, and culture across all levels; oversee annual engagement surveys and follow up action planning.

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices, manage sensitive escalations and maintain governance standards.


Job Requirements

  • Substantial HR experience (e.g. 12-15+ years), with the latter years spent in senior HRBP or comparable leadership roles in large, complex organisations.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with C-suite / senior leadership; commercial acumen and strong business orientation.

  • Proven track record leading organisational change, transformation programmes or re-design initiatives.

  • Deep experience in strategic workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, and HR analytics.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills; able to lead through ambiguity.

  • Strong leadership capability: able to build teams, mentor HRBPs, enforce standards, deliver high-quality HRBP service under pressure.
