Job Description

Define and execute a strategic HRBP model: design, recruit, mentor, and enable a team of HRBPs to partner with business leaders effectively.

Lead organisation-wide workforce planning and succession initiatives to ensure readiness for growth, change, and critical role coverage.

Shape organisational structure – review, design, and realign roles, accountabilities, workflows for efficiency, agility and clarity.

Provide high-level consultation on complex people matters including change management, employee relations, performance management, compensation strategy, benefits reviews.

Use data and analytics to inform leadership on workforce health, talent risks, hiring/retention trends, and guide prioritisation of HR initiatives.

Champion a strong employee experience: promote engagement, inclusion, well-being, and culture across all levels; oversee annual engagement surveys and follow up action planning.

Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices, manage sensitive escalations and maintain governance standards.
Job Requirements

Substantial HR experience (e.g. 12-15+ years), with the latter years spent in senior HRBP or comparable leadership roles in large, complex organisations.

Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with C-suite / senior leadership; commercial acumen and strong business orientation.

Proven track record leading organisational change, transformation programmes or re-design initiatives.

Deep experience in strategic workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, and HR analytics.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills; able to lead through ambiguity.

Strong leadership capability: able to build teams, mentor HRBPs, enforce standards, deliver high-quality HRBP service under pressure.
