About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Manager to lead and deliver impactful people and organisational change initiatives. You will play a key role in shaping workforce strategies, guiding transformation programmes, and building strong client relationships. As a Manager, you’ll oversee workstreams, coach junior team members, and ensure projects meet quality and business objectives while contributing to the growth of our People Consulting practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of change management and organisational development projects, ensuring outcomes align with client goals.

  • Manage client relationships and act as a primary point of contact for day-to-day project matters.

  • Design and implement strategies across areas such as organisational design, culture transformation, leadership, and workforce planning.

  • Guide and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and performance excellence.

  • Support business development activities including proposals, presentations, and pursuits.

  • Monitor project financials, risks, and quality standards.

  • Contribute to internal knowledge-building and thought leadership initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Management, or related discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR consulting, change management, organisational development, or workforce transformation.

  • Proven track record in leading teams or workstreams within consulting or in-house transformation functions.

  • Strong client-facing experience, ideally from professional services or corporate environments.

  • Advantageous: Postgraduate or professional certifications (e.g., MBA, CIPD, SHRM, Prosci).

  • Exposure to people analytics, workforce strategy, or digital HR solutions.
