Job Description

  • Support clients on corporate strategy and M&A-related engagements, including market entry, due diligence, JV structuring, and post-merger integration (PMI).

  • Conduct portfolio review, business feasibility studies, and long-term growth roadmaps.

  • Drive performance improvement initiatives, focusing on profitability, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness.

  • Participate in turnaround and restructuring projects, aligning strategic direction with operational and financial recovery.

  • Collaborate with APAC and global teams on cross-border strategy projects.

  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations to C-level stakeholders.


Job Requirements

  • Qualification
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields.

    • 3–7 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.

    • Strong background in strategy development, M&A, or financial/market analysis.

    • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; understanding of financial modeling and valuation a plus.

    • Excellent English communication and presentation skills; Korean fluency preferred.
