Job Description

  • Design and implement comprehensive product training modules covering technical specifications, features, and competitor comparisons.

  • Develop a variety of training materials, including presentations, user manuals, and video tutorials.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and other subject matter experts to identify training needs and ensure all content is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Deliver impactful and engaging training sessions to both the internal sales team and external customers.

  • Serve as a key product expert, providing ongoing support, guidance, and troubleshooting for the sales team to address product-related queries.

  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives by gathering feedback from participants and measuring knowledge retention.

  • Analyze results and provide recommendations for the continuous improvement of all training programs


Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a product training or learning & development role.

  • Experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is strongly preferred.

  • A strong understanding of product development, marketing, and sales processes.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to explain complex technical information in a clear and engaging manner.

  • Resourceful, adaptable, and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as a collaborative part of a team.

  • A passion for continuous learning and a commitment to staying current with industry trends.
