Job Description

  • Manage and drive the full lifecycle of neuro- and brain-related medical devices. 

  • Developing localized product strategies, forecasting market trends, identifying new opportunities in neuroscience and neurorehabilitation, and driving promotional activities for growth in Thailand and neighboring regions.

  • Leading product launches, executing marketing and educational programs, setting performance metrics, and ensuring effective customer/distributor engagement.

  • Managing and supporting distribution partners, building Key Opinion Leader (KOL) networks, and exploring strategic partnerships with hospitals and regional partners.

  • Coordinating medical training programs for surgeons/neurologists and collaborating closely with global and regional HQ teams on strategy, branding, and business continuity planning.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biomedical Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years minimum in medical device marketing, product management, or sales, with a strong preference for experience in neurology, neurosurgery, or diagnostic equipment.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, manage product launches, and handle distributor/KOL engagement.

  • Strong understanding of hospital environments, medical device regulations, and healthcare market dynamics.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English (or Chinese)

  • Strategic thinker, analytical, detail-oriented, with a willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
